1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • In certain situations, dispatch may take up to 7–8 business days depending on product availability or order volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We currently deliver across India.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Delivery services are handled through trusted courier partners.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Charges & Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed:

  1. Please check the tracking information shared with you.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged Products

We take utmost care while packaging your order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order details

Based on verification, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note that we may not be able to process claims without valid tracking details and proof of damage.
