Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the perfume product arrives broken, leaked, or damaged. The 3-day period begins from the date the product is delivered to you or your designated recipient (excluding the shipping carrier).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at velvetoakperfume@gmail.com with:

  • Your order details

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage or issue with the product

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product purchased within the last 30 days

  • Product remains unused

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Valid unboxing video is provided as proof of damage

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any associated transit risks.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
